As the fall sport seasons begin to come to an end, there are several fantastic players whose talent, dedication, and love for their own respective sport shines bright. The following are some of the most inspirational players in each of Terra Linda’s fall sports.
Liv Offenbach – Girls Varsity Flag Football
Senior veteran, and girls varsity flag football quarterback Liv Offenbach continues to dominate the field with unparalleled ferocity and leadership. She is a fierce opponent in every match with her spunk and competitive hunger. Carrying her team to success in recent matches, such as the Bell Game against San Rafael, Offenbach is an inspiration to fellow players both on and off the field.
Kylie Lee – Girls Varsity Tennis
On girls varsity tennis, Kylie Lee ‘27 is a player that has been highly praised by the TL community. Her commitment, dependability, and strong backhand makes her a top player on her team and a support system for her teammates. Teammate, sophomore Kiana Kodzoman, shared, “She is very committed, kind, and dedicated to the sport which makes her a strong asset to our team.”
Jake Rehfeldt – Boys Varsity Football
Jake Rehfeldt is yet another player that has people batting an eye, with over 500 rushing yards and six touchdowns on the boys varsity football team. Rehfeldt’s teammate, Marcos Love, has high praise, remarking, “He isn’t afraid of anything, dude has over 500 rushing yards.” Rehfelt’s dedication to the team and talent for football makes him one of the best on the team today.
Shahan Ajmani – Cross Country
Team captain and holder of Terra Linda’s 5K school record, senior Shahan Ajmani is a standout athlete for Terra Linda’s cross country team “Looking forward to the MCAL championships and the North Coast section, we believe that this might be one of the top boys’ teams in Terra Linda history,” stated coach Seth Davis. Ajmani’s determination, commitment, and record-breaking speeds make him one of the top runners in Terra Linda’s history.
Cameron Heller – Varsity Boys Water Polo
Captain of the boys varsity water polo team, senior Cameron Heller is to be feared in the tank. Coach Isaiah Williams has high praise for him, saying, “I would be very surprised if he doesn’t get any college offers.” Both inside and outside of the pool, Heller is a great asset for the team with his talent, his enthusiastic attitude, and his passion for water polo.
Josephine Fetterman-Riggle – Varsity Girls Water Polo
Varsity girls water polo senior, Josephine Fetterman-Riggle has grown into a leader both on and off the pool deck. She’s known for her work ethic, commitment, and ability to get the best out of everyone around her. One of her teammates, Ella Garroway Myers ‘28 stated, “Josephine is very talented and contributes incredible energy to every game. She is never hesitant to help less experienced players with difficulties they may face in the pool, and her commitment to the team is shown in her strong defense and consistent scoring—she averages at least one goal per game.”
Mia Schlotman – Varsity Girls Golf
Varsity girls golf captain Mia Schlotman ‘26 has made a huge impact over the four years she’s been on the team. Both on and off the green, Schlotman inspires her team with her dedication, talent, and passion for golf. Teammate and junior Mia Walker shares, “I love Mia. I really can’t imagine the team without her next year.” Schlotman’s support and dedication to the team will be missed after she graduates.
Mia Patino – Varsity Girls Volleyball
As the girls varsity volleyball libero and one of the team captains, senior Mia Patino has made an immense impact on the team since her freshman year. As a libero, Patino’s role is to dive over the court to receive balls and lead her teammates. Teammate and fellow senior Josie Campo shares “She never backs down from a challenge and will consistently give her 100% effort. She supports the entire team and always has a smile.”
