Dear Abby,
There is this girl who keeps harassing me and wants to fight me and she won’t leave me alone. What should I do to get her to leave me alone?
Dear Student,
People who harass others do it to get attention, you should be aware of how your response will affect the person harassing you. Obviously, they have something going on in their own home and life and they are taking it out on you. Try to think from her point of view and what she might be facing. Maybe let her know that you are there for her in anything she’s going through. That being said, it’s always a good idea to be cautious, it may be helpful to consult with an adult or someone you trust. Thank you for your question.
